Jordan Dispute Resolution Centre – Sulha are mediation specialists in alternative dispute resolution, training and community consultation.
Hesham Al-Khalayleh
, Principal Mediation Consultant, is a Nationally Accredited Mediator. Hesham utilises a facilitative approach to family and relationship disputes between participants, and is an expert in mediation/conciliation theory and practice as well as a fully qualified lawyer.
Hesham holds a Master's degree in Dispute Resolution from the University of Technology Sydney. He is a registered member of the Institution of Arbitrators and Mediators, and an accredited practitioner of LEADR – Association of Dispute Resolvers. Hesham has had extensive experience in the legal field both here and abroad, when living and working in Jordan and the UAE. Hesham is fluent in Arabic and able to provide document translation services at request.
Hesham is heavily involved in community initiatives and strongly supports and partners with trusted local business partners. He currently sits as a member on the South West Business Chambers and offers co-operative services within the Canterbury Bankstown locality.
